The service and approach of the receptionists was great and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge and TV. The pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful. The hotel had a nice design and artistic elements. The price was reasonable for the quality.

My xmas stay was not entirely enjoyable due to a few negative aspects. the rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage.
